CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW Weekday appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Weekend appointments require 72 hours notice. Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations must be made by call or text to 702-493-4509. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% fee. A valid card is required on file to book.
