Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours of the designated start time will subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be 30% of the service total. Clients must cancel their appointment by calling or texting us at 702-493-4509. Cancellations are not accepted via email, social media etc. If a client fails to show for an appointment and does not cancel at least two hours prior to the designated start time, a no-show fee will apply. This fee will be 50% of the service total. All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file in order to hold the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. LATE POLICY if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will automatically have to reschedule to a later date.
